Sable presents talent profiles on its platforms, including sabletalentstudio.com and connect.sabletalentstudio.com for marketing and promotional purposes. Listing on the platform does not imply or constitute formal representation of the talent, whether exclusive or non-exclusive, and does not create an agency relationship.
Creation and maintenance of a profile is managed by mutual agreement and carries no charge to the talent. Sable does not collect registration fees, membership fees, upfront costs, or any other payments from listed talent at any stage of the relationship. Sable's compensation is commission-based on booked work only, with terms disclosed in writing before any specific project is confirmed.
Materials provided by talent, including headshots, résumés, showreels, biographical information, and credit history are used solely for the purpose of presenting the talent's profile through Sable's platforms and for submission to relevant casting opportunities. Sable will not sell, license, or transfer talent materials to third parties outside the ordinary course of casting submission and promotional activity.
Talent may request at any time that submitted materials and information be kept private and not used for marketing or promotion across Sable's network. In such cases, materials are retained internally solely for the purpose of direct submission to matching projects, and are not published on public platforms.
Either party may cancel the listing or request removal of profile materials from Sable's website and from any other agency online platform unilaterally, at any time, without disclosing the reasons behind that decision. Requests to modify or remove materials are actioned within 2 business days of receipt.
Formal agreements and contracts, including any representation agreement, project-specific engagement, or work-for-hire arrangement are discussed and presented only when a specific project aligns with the talent's qualifications and background. In all such cases, the full terms are provided in writing for the talent's review, and no obligation exists on either side until such terms are signed.
Talent already represented by another agency retain that relationship unaffected by their listing with Sable. Where a project overlaps with an existing agency's scope, Sable will coordinate directly with the existing representation before proceeding.
